About Us

Glo-Herts LGFA was formed in 2015 to bring together Ladies teams from Gloucestershire, Hertfordshire and the neighbouring counties.

The county is made up of six relatively new clubs in Britain with the longest reigning team being Claddagh Gaels Luton  only in their sixth season. and the youngest being Glen Rovers Watford who will be making their debut in 2017. The other teams involved include St.Colmcilles St.Albans, Eire Og Oxford, St.Colmcilles Cardiff and Western Gaels Bristol. An additional team, Cambridge Parnells, will not be competing in 2017 but hopes to rejoin in the near future.

Our associated Mens GAA boards are Hertfordshire and Gloucestershire.

Glo-Herts is keen to support and encourage new clubs in the area to develop and join the county.
