It is the responsiblity of the home team to provide a Glo-Herts Match Report Form to the referee prior to the fixture. Once the game is completed, this is to be sent to the County secretary & PRO.

Injury Fund
The Injury Fund covers those in the fund for injuries sustained in the following:
- an official competitive or challenge game
- an official and supervised training session
