Well done to the Under 15 Glo-Herts girls and their coaches who travelled to Ireland to take part in the Féile Peile na nÓg 2022. The girls teamed up well in the British competition earlier in this season making their way to the Cup Final within that competition and enjoyed ‘a trip to remember’ as they travelled to Ireland in July.
A great weekend of football was had with the girls making it to the Shield Final in the Féile and but narrowly lost by 2 points. Wearing the Glo-Herts jerseys, the girls represented the county exceptionally. The team and their management were also lucky to do a tour of Croke Park and visit the Croke Park Museum during their time in Dublin.
Well done to all the girls and their coaching team for all their hard work! They should be very proud of themselves. The Under 15’s will join the Glo-Herts U13 and U18 to attend the All Britain Féile in September.
